The story your customers tell does the selling for you. Cinematic case study films and testimonials at fixed prices, with a clear scope and a fast turnaround.
Case study video production for B2B teams, and customer testimonial videos for companies and organisations of any kind. Every package turns one filming session into ready-to-use customer story content. Your sales team gets material for cold outreach, your marketing team gets weeks of LinkedIn content, and your customer success team gets proof to share with key accounts.
What We Make
Two Formats. Two Ways to Build Trust.
Case Study Videos
The customer’s own story. What they were dealing with, what they decided, and what changed. Your work sits inside their narrative rather than being the subject of it, which is what makes a case study convincing to someone weighing up a similar decision.
Customer Testimonials
The customer talking about you. Shorter, single interview, focused on what working with you was actually like. No problem to solve and no arc, just someone credible saying it went well, which is often exactly what a prospect needs at the right moment.
Case study videos are how B2B companies prove they have done it before. They give your prospects something concrete to evaluate before they pick up the phone. We cannot control what happens after delivery, but we can make sure the content itself is considered, well-crafted and something you are genuinely proud to put in front of senior decision-makers.
How it works
How We Find the Stories Worth Telling.
Our case study video production process is built so you do very little. You point us at the right people, and we take care of the rest, from scheduling and briefing through to final delivery.
Story Discovery
We work out which customer has the strongest story and what that story actually is, before anyone books a camera. Not every happy client makes a good film, and it is better to know that early.
Production
Filming, matched to the package. A Testimonial Story is recorded remotely on a kit we send your customer, with us directing live. The on-site packages use two cameras and include b-roll shot on the day, so the film can show what is being described rather than just telling it.
Brand Alignment
We get to know your positioning, what your work actually does for people, and the questions your sales team hears most often. That tells us what the film needs to answer.
Questions and Preparation
We build the interview around what we need the customer to say, without scripting them. Your customer gets the topics in advance so they can think, not memorise, along with the practical details of the day. They are doing you a favour, so we treat them the way we would want our own clients treated, and never keep them longer than we said.
The Edit and Delivery
This is where the story gets shaped. The interview becomes a narrative, the b-roll goes where it earns its place rather than wherever there is a gap, and the film is cut to the lengths agreed. We deliver the final files and give a view on where each piece is likely to work well. How they land depends on how and where you use them.

Our Guarantee
Every package has a fixed price and a clear scope. No creep, no unexpected invoices. If the final film doesn’t match the brief we agreed, we’ll re-edit at no charge. If it’s still not right, we’ll re-shoot the affected sections within the original scope.
Our packages run from £850 to £4500, and the price is fixed before we start. The variables are whether the interview is remote or on site, how many people are interviewed, how much supporting footage is needed, and how many finished pieces you want. Anything outside the packages gets a fixed quote before any work begins.
Usually three to four weeks from filming to final delivery, though it depends on how many approvals sit on your side. Priority turnaround is available as an add-on if you need it faster.
Between one and four depending on the package. More than one voice usually helps, because two or three people who saw the same work from different angles give an editor a story rather than a statement. If you need more than four, that sits outside the packages and gets a tailored quote at a fixed price. Worth saying early, because it changes how the day is scheduled.
Their agreement, an hour or so of their time, and somewhere reasonably quiet to film. For a remote interview, a room with a window and a few minutes the day before for a setup check. We handle the briefing, the questions and the scheduling, and we look after your customer as carefully as we would our own.
We send your customer a recording kit, which they keep. The day before, we run a short check together so the framing, light and sound are right. On the day we conduct the interview live over a call while the kit records locally, so the footage is full quality rather than a video call recording. Then it is edited like any other film we make.
Most people are, and most are fine within a few minutes. We treat the interview as a conversation rather than a script, and we would rather spend twenty minutes getting someone comfortable than take a clean first answer from someone reciting.
Yes. It sits outside the standard packages, so we put together a tailored quote at a fixed price. Multi-location shoots are common and we are set up for them.

Book a free 15 to 20 minute strategy call. We’ll talk through your goals, your audience, and where the film will live.
