Company profile and About Us videos about the people who run your business and the place they do it. Made in London, for businesses all over the UK.
A paragraph about your values and a stock photo of a meeting room won’t tell anyone much. A company profile video shows the people who actually run the business and do the work, in the place they do it. Sometimes they tell the story themselves, sometimes a voiceover does.
For a prospect, a new hire or an investor, it’s about as close to meeting you as they’ll get before picking up the phone. It doesn’t have to sell anything. It just has to make them feel they know who they’d be dealing with.
Your founders and team on screen, talking about why the business exists and how it works. They’re set up as conversations, so nobody’s giving a speech to camera. It’s often the people doing the work, more than the ones running it, who are most convincing.
We record your people talking, then cut their voices over footage of them and their colleagues at work. Good for teams who’d rather not be on screen, and it keeps the attention on what they’re doing.
Your script, read by an AI voice, a professional actor or someone in the business, over footage of your team at work. It’s the better route when the wording has to be exact, or when one voice tells the story more simply.
Whatever your business looks like on a busy day, whether that’s an office, a site or a kitchen. If something can’t be filmed (a mine on another continent, a building that isn’t finished yet) we’ll use your own footage and stills, licensed stock, or AI generated clips where they really help.
When It Makes Sense
Launching Something New
Introduce a new business, brand or division before people have a reason to trust it.
Hiring
Let candidates meet the team and see the workplace before they apply
Raising Investment
Show investors the founders and the people behind the plan, not just the numbers.
Pitching for Bigger Work
Put faces to the name in tenders, proposals and new business decks.
Teams Across Several Offices
Show one business when the people are spread across different sites or cities
After a Rebrand or Merger
Show what’s changed, and what hasn’t, through the people who work there.
How it works
Preparing Your People and the Script
Most people have never been interviewed before. We send them themes instead of a script, so they turn up having had a think without having learnt lines. For a Scripted Story, you send us your script and we suggest changes so it works on screen, then we plan the shoot around it.
The Edit and Approvals
We put the story together from what people actually said, or around the agreed script. Cuts go up on Frame.io, where your team can leave comments on the exact frame. Before the edit starts, we agree how many rounds of changes there’ll be and who’s collecting the feedback on your side.
Planning
We start with a call about who the film is for and where it’ll be used. Then we settle on the approach (people on camera, voices only, or a voiceover) and work out what to film and where. If we don’t know a location, we’ll recce it first.
Filming
Plenty of company profiles are shot in one day. Others take several, across different offices and sometimes different cities, because the team is spread out or the key people are never in the same building at once. If there’s an interview, someone from your team leads it, and we look after everything else on the day. Either way, we build the schedule around whoever is hardest to pin down.
Delivery
You get the finished files in every length and format you asked for, ready to post.

Our Guarantee
Every package has a fixed price and a clear scope. No creep, no unexpected invoices. If the final film doesn’t match the brief we agreed, we’ll re-edit at no charge. If it’s still not right, we’ll re-shoot the affected sections within the original scope.
A Scripted Story is £2,025 and an Interview-Led Story is £3,670, both filmed in one day at your location. Anything bigger, with more people, more offices or more days, is quoted against your brief at a fixed, itemised price.
For a website or About Us page, two to three minutes is usually about right. On social, 30 to 90 seconds does better. Most clients want both, so we plan the shoot to get several lengths out of the same footage.
Usually a main film of two to three minutes for your website and pitch decks, plus shorter cuts, vertical versions for LinkedIn and captions. Where it suits the story, we can make a short series instead, one film per team or founder. We agree the full list before we start.
For interviews, no. Scripted answers nearly always sound scripted, so we agree themes beforehand and get the detail out in conversation. For a Scripted Story, yes. You provide it, and we’ll suggest changes so it works with the pictures before filming. The voiceover can be AI, a recorded voice, or someone from your team.
Not at all, it’s normal. Nothing’s live and anyone can have another go at an answer. We always start with the easy questions. And if someone really doesn’t want to be seen, they don’t have to be: we can use their voice over footage of them working, or go with a voiceover instead.
Yes, and a lot of company profiles need exactly that, with teams in different offices or cities and more than one filming day. We plan the schedule around travel and people’s diaries, and every day is in the quote from the start.
There’s a lot of overlap. A brand film is usually more about mood and identity, often with little or no interview. A company profile is more direct, introducing the business and the people in it. Plenty of what we make falls somewhere in between.
In a case study, your customer does the talking, about something you did for them. In a company profile, it’s you and your team talking about yourselves. They sit well side by side, and our case study packages cover the customer side.
Tell us a bit about the business and who you’d want in it, and we’ll suggest how we’d go about it.
